Your plan comes with unlimited email support. Here are the maximum response times you can expect from us:

  • PRIMARY 2 business days.
  • PREMIUM 1 business day.


Your connection to our server is encrypted using SSL technology (SSL encryption https).

Encryption is built-in to the core of CryptPad. Every document you create with CryptPad is encrypted in the browser so nobody except you can decipher it. We have "zero-knowledge" of your school's CryptPad activity. Learn more about CryptPad.


Your school database is backed up every day, and then sent to a remote server for maximum security. If anything goes wrong, you can ask us to restore the backup for day N. Here is our retention policy:

  • PRIMARY 7 days.
  • PREMIUM 30 days.

Your files (including file uploads and CryptPad documents) are backed up once a week, and also sent to a remote server. Backups retention is of 4 weeks.
